Unseasonably hot and humid weather conditions in London made for a tough day for the Clonliffe athletes competing. Karl Nolan ran a time of 2:36.25, Sean McGarrity clocked 2:48.52 and Meghan O’Keeffe 3:16.55.
At the St Andrews 5K/10k in Ashbourne, Co Meath over a tough winding course Elaine McLaughlin finished 3rd woman in the 10 K (44.50), Sinead De Bello (45.22) and Darren Hart (51.24). In the 5K race Paige Elliott was 5th woman (23.55), 6th Rachel Ardiff (24.01), 8th Harriet Kenny (24.31) and 40th Jule Gauselmann (31.29).
At the Thionville 10k in France Cian Murray ran a PB of 33.41 whilst taking 13th place and was on the podium as 1st U/23.
