The Clonliffe Harriers cross country squad day took place in fine conditions, dry and crisp, this morning in Santry Park. Between the women and men’s senior groups and U/20 groups some 50 athletes were put took park. The morning finished with a club get together for lunch in the Clonliffe clubhouse. There are now 4 weeks to the national seniors and 6 weeks to the national novice. Cross country diary dates:
November 2nd – Dublin cross country championships – venue to be confirmed.
November 23rd – National cross country championships – Derry.
December 7 – National novice cross country/uneven ages juveniles – Abbottstown.
January 4th – Dublin intermediate and masters cross country – St Annes Park.
February 15th – National intermediate and masters cross country – Abbottstown.
