Clonliffe are hosting the national intermediate and masters cross country championships at the national cross country course, Abbottstown, on Sunday, February 15. This will be along the same lines as the national novice and juvenile uneven ages Cross country that was hosted at the same venue in early December, meaning that we will need a similarly excellent response from our club members.
That weekend will be particular busy for the club captains, coaches and athletes as on Saturday the 14th both men and women’s teams will (hopefully) have qualified for the National League final which will be taking place at the NIA all day Saturday.
If you are available to help build the course from 9 AM on Friday, February 13 please message Noel Guiden. Likewise for the championships itself we will need roughly 30 club members to steward, marshall and carry out various functions, those available will be needed from 9 AM on the Sunday morning until 4 PM that evening.
