Over the weekend in the USA, Saturday 14th, Hannah Segrave set a new Clonliffe Harriers club women’s 800 indoor record of 2.03.01 at the Sound Invite, JDL Fast Track, Winston Salem, North Carolina whilst placing 2nd. This new record replaces the old record of the legendary Clonliffe Olympian Claire Walsh 2.07.40 dating back all of 54 years to 1972. It also means that Hannah Segrave now holds both the Clonliffe indoor and outdoor records (2.01.68).
