At today’s IMC meet at Morton Stadium Sean Cronin ran yet another 1500 pb as he finished 2nd in the Ronnie Delany 1500 race in 3.44.12, tantalisingly close to the European U/20 qualifying standard of 3.44.00. Sean’s time is well inside of the B standard of 3.46.50 and is his 2nd time to hit that B mark. Also at the milers club meet Sean Carrigg ran a fine 800 pb of 1.55.12, Mahad Egall also ran a PB in the B 5000 of 14.56.33.
Joe Flynn at the Midland counties U/20 championship finished 1st in his 400 heat in a time of 48.50.
Missed last weekend was a 100 pb clocked by Luca Logue –Fonseca of 10.57 on 22 June at the Stratford community track in London
