Met Eireann have issued a status Orange Weather warning for Dublin for 24 hours coming into effect from noon today, Thursday, until noon tomorrow Friday. The track at the stadium may well be flooded tonight, with certainty the infield will be ‘unplayable’, Trinty Sports Grounds remain closed, in addition Met Eireann have advised of difficult travelling conditions. Therefore out of an abundance of caution training for juvenile athletes tonight is cancelled, likewise training for the senior women’s middle distance group is cancelled. Athletes in other groups please check with your coaches.
