Ian Guiden clocked a 10 mile PB of 50.27 whilst winning this morning’s Kilcock 10, with a winning margin of in excess of a minute. Anto Doran took 3rd place in the M40 category with a time of 56.39. In the team race it was a victory for the Clonliffe men – the team was Ian, Anto, Ger Clerkin (58.02) and Tom Griffin (65.27).
Yesterday evening, Saturday Sean Doran made it a second 5K win of the week as he won the Rathkenny 5K in Co Meath in a time of 16.06. Also in this race Joseph Cooper placed 22nd and 1st M40 (18.58). On Wednesday evening, August 13, Sean had taken 1st place in the Castlepollard 5k, Co Westmeath in a time of 15.35
