Clonliffe Harriers AC held its 2025/26 annual general meeting at the clubs premises last night, May 11 with a good representation of club members being in attendance. The meeting heard addresses from the honorary secretary Stephen Bateson and club president Mick Kearney which outlined the work which had been carried out by the clubs committee, coaches and of course on the athletics front over the previous year and the key successes of the club on all fronts. The 3 club captains also reported on the athletics highlights of the previous year (the reports of the club captains and the women in sport liaison officer are attached below). The club treasurer reported on the very healthy state of the club’s finances.
The meeting elected the following officers and committee members:
Honorary president – Mick Kearney.
Honorary secretary – Stephen Bateson.
Honorary treasurer – Carl Fleming.
Club captain – Noel Guiden.
Women’s captain – Ciara O’Regan.
Women in sport liaison officer – Sarah Bateson.
Committee members – Peter Bissett, Derek Reilly, Stephen Harkness.
Trustees – Maurice Ahern, John O’Leary, Tommy Griffin senior.
Vice presidents – Colm Brennan, Tommy Griffin senior, Paddy Marley, Frances Mansfield, Peter McDermott, John O’Leary, Maurice Ahern, Alex Sweeney, Noel Daly, Gladys Cooper, Noel Guiden.
