Efrem Gidey’s selection for the World Championships 10,000 in Tokyo has been confirmed. This year’s fastman 10,000 man joins club mate Cathal Doyle on the Irish team for his first global championship. Paris Olympic semi finalist Doyle’s selection for the 1500 was announced before the weekend.
Another Harrier Mark Kenneally is the team coach.
The team travels to their holding camp in Hong Kong tomorrow and from there onwards to Tokyo.
