Christopher Lynch ran the fastest 400 of the night winning grade A heat 2 in 48.49.
In the women’s 1500 Niamh Kelly was 5th in grade A in 4.32.27, a two second PB. A tired Alannah Cooley was well off her best 10th in 4.55.15. In grade B Chloe Heaslip set a new PB of 4.59.41. Katie Halpin took 5th in the C race 5.33.65.
The mens hammer saw Ethan Thompson finish 3rd with a 53.72 best with Dylan Jones 6th, 47.91.
In the men’s 1500 B Stephen Lyons was 6th (4.15.62) with Stas Zielinski 7th in grade C (4.38.04). Grade D heat 1 5th Peter Bissett 4.52.53, 12th Dev Kartha 6.02.78 and heat 2 6th Cormac Tynan 4.42.80.
Grade A featured Lorcan Benjacar, Matei Ursachi and Cian Murray. (Results to be added when available).
