Gerry Brady enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the European Masters mountain running championships in Rasnov, Romania. On Friday in the M70 vertical mile, a distance of 3.56 KM with 846 m uphill Gerry placed 8th as the Irish team finished in silver behind Italy. On Sunday in the up and down race Gerry and his Irish teammates went one better, the race was over a total of 11.59 KM with 405M uphill, Gerry was 10th as the Irish team took gold.
