The Clonliffe Harriers 2026 Grand Series continues this Thursday evening, 16th July at 8pm. To accommodate the large entry of 66 runners, there will be three 1500m races. The Byrne Cup is one of the most popular races in the Grand Prix Series.
The start list for the three 1500m races is below. The first race will be at 8pm, the second at 8.10pm and the third at 8.20pm.
The Series has been enjoying glorious weather of late. Participants should be mindful of the warm conditions; ensure you are well hydrated before and after the race. Pace yourself sensibly – run within your limits and adjust your effort if needed.

There will be light refreshments provided at the post-race prizegiving in the Clonliffe Clubhouse. The winners of the previous GP race the 5000m Middlesex Cup will also be presented with their prizes on the night. If you are not running, your help at the race would be appreciated.
