As posted this morning, Philip O’Doherty won M65 cross country team gold on Sunday with Edel Maguire winning W65 400 gold in Madeira, Portugal, at the European Masters track and field championships. News from the championships today, Monday the 13th, is that Edel today took silver in the W65 100 final clocking a time of 14.63. Also Thomas Morgan finished 7th in the M50 100 final (12.03).
Snezana Bechtina won her W40 heat in 60.65 and in Saturday’s final was just out of the medals, 4th in an SB of 59.68.
